2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Work has not yet started on your project.
- A request for cancellation is made within 7 days of payment deposit.
- Certain deliverables within a package have not been started. In such cases, refunds may be provided only for the uninitiated deliverables, as determined by JayKale.com.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Deliverables or services already started, partially completed, or delivered.
- Customized digital marketing campaigns (e.g., ad setup, SEO tasks, content creation) once work has begun.
- Third-party expenses paid on your behalf (such as ad spend, hosting, domains, or software subscriptions).
- Strategy sessions, consultations, or audits once they have been conducted.
4. Refund Request Process

- Your name and business name (if applicable).
- Details of the service purchased.
- The reason for requesting a refund.
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage open communication. If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter before pursuing a chargeback or dispute.
